3 wires going into the passenger window switch: green/black is power from window relay; red is hot when driver door control (the one that doesn't work currently) up is pushed; red/yellow is hot when driver door control down is pushed.
Can you check for power on the back of the power window switch with a meter. With the key in the ascry or run position, the wire on the back of the switch providing power to the power window switch is the Light Blue w/ Black stripe wire.
